The holiday flat THE CYPRESS forms the eastern part of the main building of MAS VINSON. A stone staircase leads you directly to your flat.
The typical southern French stone house YUCCA is located in the middle of the park. It has approx. 90 m2 on two floors. Pure elegance!
From a secluded vine-covered spot, a stone staircase leads to the entrance of the more than 350-year-old Vieille Maison.
The three residential units are spaciously distributed over one hectare of land, each unit has its own private terrace. The garden hall with barbecue area, the pool and the spacious park with secluded spots under shady trees are shared.
The region of Occitania convinces with its great diversity. Within a radius of 30-60 minutes by car, you have a variety of excursion destinations at your disposal: The dune beaches by the sea at le-Grau-du-Roi, the extensive, picturesque landscape of the Cevennes, exciting cities such as Nîmes, Montpellier, Avignon or smaller, pretty medieval towns such as Usèz and Sommières with their popular markets. You can also enjoy beautiful walks or admire the famous Pont du Gard by canoe on the Gardon or take part in one of the many outdoor cultural events in July/August.
After exciting excursions, you can always relax and unwind in the MAS VINSON oasis.

For the main holiday season July/August it is recommended to book at least 6 months in advance, in the mid-season 1-3 months are also sufficient.
We have a bakery (possibility to order pizzas), a small grocery shop and a restaurant that offers simple lunches and dinners.
Practical further shopping facilities
9 km Lédignan Super U supermarket; 16 km towards Sommières Carrefour supermarket; 16 km La Calmette, Le Petite Verger with local vegetables and fruit, Casino supermarket as well as a good bakery and confectionery, a pharmacy and a bank.

Free wifi is available, but because of the thick walls it does not work inside the houses, only outside.
The holiday homes are equipped with small Italian espresso machines and coffee filters. However, if you do not want to do without your Nespresso machine on holiday, it is easiest to bring the machine with the matching capsules.
Even one is one too many. Bring your electric mosquito plug for a peaceful sleep with the window open.
MAS VINSON is home to the two horses Xique and Rana. It is possible to book lessons in which the mindful handling of the horses is learned and / or small guided rides are made.
Dogs are allowed by arrangement, but must be kept on a leash on the entire terrain out of consideration for the other guests. It is important to us that they are cleaned up outside our park. A daily fee is charged for the four-legged friends.
From Easter until mid-autumn it is always very nice and warm, on average about 10 degrees warmer than in Switzerland or Germany. The main rain period is from mid-October. With 300 days of sunshine a year, it is rare for it to rain for a whole week anyway.
Don’t forget, the winter months can also be delightful, with lots of beautiful light and hardly any fog.
